Here are two pictures of the piece folded up. It’s quite convenient to transport it this way! The next thing will be making a box. I have an idea using drift wood. But that will have some time. Right now the artwork is at the Goethe Institut. I will get it back after September 19th.

…deadline approaching!

The pictures above show the process – first I letterpress printed the seagulls on a Vandercook machine. The next step was cutting out the prints to get an idea on how many I needed. The ‘Year of the Dragon’ flag-book will be on view at the Marin County Fair, starting this week. I don’t know if the book was selected for a prize. Once I find out I’ll let you know!
